Stop Your Spouse’s Snoring
Snoring can be particularly obnoxious if you’re the spouse of a snorer and not in a romantic comedy on direct tv kind of way. Snoring’s not only annoying, it’s dangerous, and we’ve got a few tips for helping your spouse kick the habit.
Get Them Breathe Strips: there are a number of products available at the drug store created specifically to alleviate snoring. If you buy them and set them out before bed your spouse will be more likely to actually put them on and use them.
Move Them Around: if their snoring wakes you up in the night find a way to get your spouse to move around. Whether they roll over, switch sides or even are just awoken for a moment, it can end the snoring cycle and stop the noise.
Send Them to a Doctor: As we said, snoring can be harmful to your spouse’s health so if you can’t seem to alleviate it with home remedies you should encourage them to see a doctor. They can be tested for sleep disorders and hopefully find a remedy.
